Registration Guideline

One regular registration can cover a paper with 8-12 pages, including the abstract (less than 200 words), all figures, tables, and references.
One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceedings or journal.
For the authors who have difficulties in paying US Dollars, such as Iran, please pay Euros.
If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper as the reviewer, please send email to icgetconf@163.com.  (Only Ph.D holder can apply)

Delegate registration. You're  simply required to CLICK to register and send email to icgetconf@163.com before June 25, 2025. Registration confirmation will be noted after then.
Please note that the registration is NOT successful before all documents are confirmed by secretary. So please make it sure with secretary if you have paid fee successfully.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund on and before June 20, 2025 will be charged 30% of the registration fee.

After June 20, 2025, refund request will be unacceptable.

Refund procedure will take 15-30 days after submitting the application.
